Abstract: Scope of this project is to control production processes and outputs of production, in order to reduce cycle time, production losses and to increase product quality and productivity. In order to take production parameters under control, one should get and process data, which could be taken from pre-process, in process, after process. These data give us information about row material needs, stock level for semi-product and products. This information may be gotten from pre-process or in process or after process. These data shows us row material needs, stock levels. If any of these data were missed, final decision would not be made. Data processing system is developed for an automobile glass-manufacturing factory, in order to increase product quality, decrease cycle time and reduce semi-product losses between production lines.
