One of the most beneficial fruit in the tropical areas which has been flourishingly planted is Morinda citrifolia L. which know as Noni, has been utilized as a remedy for >2000 years by Polynesians. The need of Noni increases due to importance of widely curative influences such as anticancer, antioxidant, antitumor, antibacterial, antiviral, antifungal, hypertensive, antiinflammatory and antimicrobial. A correlated literature review and crucially relevant approaches of Noni is achieved; for the purpose of not only reiewing the primary significance which justifies the Polynesians but also expressing the nutritional as well as remedial values of Noni.
