Longer and healthier life gifted by the improved medical science made the employee workable for a longer period. This eventually is increasing the percentage share of older workforce to total and also blocking the opportunities of recruiting young in large extent. Besides, higher percentage of older worker also forces to extend their service life in the organization instead of replacing them with the fresher. Therefore, this study is done to know the performance ratio of aged and less aged people in a specific workplace. Although some research is already made in this context, but they were defined as culture bound. Therefore, the researchers decided to conduct an elaborate research in finding out the relationship between age and job performance in third world country like Bangladesh.
