Abstract: It is a fact that the establishment of economic, socio-political, legal, diplomatic and cultural relations with the advanced states, the systematization of dynamic activities in this area ensures the interests of the people and the national interests. In this study, we present the practical successes of today’s socio-political, economic, military, cultural, diplomatic and overall dynamic development of the Independent Republic of Azerbaijan, as well as the real source of these successes the treumph of the political leadership strategy of National Leader Heydar Aliyev.
