Social and Cultural Transformation of Sovereign Kazakhstan

Abstract: The study considers the features of social and cultural Kazakh society transformation during the transition from totalitarianism to democracy. On the basis of this analysis revealed that this transformation is an organic part of the natural historical process of traditional societies transformation into modern forms of organization and development in the global democratical wave. The study is dedicated to studying of the new socio-political and socio-cultural changes that have emerged in Kazakh society as a result of the sovereignty approval, market economy, jural state, open society standards and values, Eurasian civilizational guides.
