Cluster Interaction of Educational Institutions with Industry in Training

Abstract: The relevance of the study is due to the need to improve the quality of training in the new socio-economic conditions of the labor market on the basis of the formation and development of cluster cooperation in the field of vocational education. In the “concept of formation and development of cluster cooperation in Russia” cluster cooperation in the sphere of labor is defined as a special type of social and labor relations inherent in a market economy providing on a basis of equal cooperation of employees and employers optimum balance and the realization of their fundamental interests. The main objective of the cluster interaction at work is the development, adoption and implementation of the socio-economic and labor policy based on the balance between the interests of society, employees and employers. The paper analyzes the genesis of the concept of “cluster” and “education cluster”, problems of modern vocational education, a number of conditions that can both facilitate and hinder the development of clusters are revealed. The main directions of the interaction model of the innovation cluster are identified as well as the model of interaction of institutions of higher and secondary vocational education and food industry is developed.
