Basic Model of the National Innovative Systems Economic Mechanism

Abstract: In the presented material, the theory of national innovative systems through the critical analysis of the existing views of economic models mechanism of innovative systems in the different countries of the world and justification of resercher’s basic model develops. Researchers prove existence in economic system of all countries concentrated on innovative development, presence of a number of intrinsic economic interactions between actors of the market which provide forming national innovative system act as its fundamental basis and exert strong impact on the level of intensity of functioning of its innovative infrastructure. Specific types of national innovative systems in the different countries of the world are designed on the basis of reasonable basic model of the economic mechanism: or through domination of separate essential forms of interactions inherent in basic model or being enriched with characteristic resource and sociocultural features of economic system of the country.
